“Our employees are so awesome for nominating us and placing us on the top of the list for this fantastic award” stated Ed Trachier, Founder and CEO of OnTarget.  “I am humbled and honored to work with such talent.”

Debra Waring, Support Lead at OnTarget, accepted the Top Employer in DFW Award at the luncheon hosted by the Dallas Morning News.

OnTarget works hard, plays hard and gives back with simple acts of kindness, says Trachier.  “We volunteer for the Friends of the Plano Public Library every year, helping with its annual book sale.  We have done this for four years running, and now even family members are involved.”

OnTarget was given the Editor’s choice for the Best interesting facts: OnTarget Partners LLC, whose entry in this category must be read in full to be appreciated: Our people are the most interesting components of our company — here is why. We have: two published authors, one award-winning actor, at least one genius (IQ 170), several veterans, a horror flick aficionado, an ex-pro football player (Seattle Seahawks), a professional model and SEO guru (part of the most successful SEO conglomerate in the world), a professionally trained ballerina, a scholarship-winning bowler, a music video star and published rapper. We have our very own "hooker," rugby player that is, a Disney Imaginarium Full Boat Scholarship recipient, a Camp Gladiator competitor, a basketball coach, an Eagle Scout, someone who escaped international kidnapping and lived off the side of a mountain bathing in glacier runoff, a twin, a gold miner, someone who speaks fluent pig Latin, someone who can recite each American president in order in under 10 seconds, a valedictorian at MIT, a person who attended school in a one-room schoolhouse, someone who trekked through the Amazon aimlessly for six weeks after college and experienced Carnival in Rio, a knitter and crocheter [and] several unique Trivia Masters.

“Now that’s a group I can have fun with” said Trachier.
