One of our core values at OnTarget is “doing good and doing well”. We believe in being part of our community. Giving back is important to us, and we like to do so as a team.

In the 3rd quarter of 2020, we chose to work with the Bridge Homeless Recovery Center. Each associate was asked to donate a new item or two for welcome baskets. These support a Bridge graduate in getting started in their home by providing resources for cleaning, cooking, and sleeping, helping with the transition from homeless to home.

In addition, together as a team, we donated a percentage of our production revenue for the cause, and wrote a check to deliver with the baskets. Needless to say, the OnTarget team was all in.

Sheila, Brent, and I dropped the baskets and check off, and received a tour of the facility. We were blown away by the beauty of this place, and the gratitude of the guests and team of The Bridge.

THE MISSION OF THE BRIDGE IS TO EMPOWER ADULTS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN DALLAS WITH THE TOOLS TO HOMELESS RECOVERY AS THEY MOVE INTO SUSTAINABLE HOUSING.

Their purpose is to provide every homeless man and woman with the tools necessary to recover and become self-sufficient.

I am so proud of our team for taking on this great effort, and being involved in our community in such a fantastic way. Excellent job, team OnTarget!
