OnTarget Partners is seeking a highly self-motivated, experienced lead generation specialist to develop qualified leads for its business-to-business client partners and internal resources. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in B2B lead generation with the ability to successfully generate qualified leads and assist in the follow-up sales cycle to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop new leads utilizing outbound calls, inbound calls and emailing
- Qualify prospects using predetermined criteria
- Actively maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Research prospects when necessary
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Work with clients to create opportunities
- Manage goals/metrics to meet weekly and monthly goals
- Work closely with relevant personnel to achieve success
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and strong organization skills
- Ability to make cold and warm calls when necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- General knowledge and use of customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives in large businesses
- Ability to meet and/or exceed goals set
- Ideal candidate will live within a 30-mile radius of corporate office in Frisco, TX
