Ed Trachier is Chairman, Co-Founder and CEO of OnTarget Partners. Ed has designed and deployed strategic, direct and outsourced marketing and research programs for Business-to-Business Clients since 1992.

Ed is also Chairman, Co-Founder and CEO of Genesys Group, an international consulting and recruiting firm based in Frisco, Texas, with offices in Dallas, Texas.

Ed has the responsibility for building and developing the OnTarget team. His vision and determination have enabled OnTarget to leverage market opportunities in good economies and bad, and his business acumen has made him a trusted advisor to his Clients.

Ed operates as Division Manager for the campaign management application division and the enterprise sales training division.

Ed is experienced in implementing and managing marketing and research campaigns in the technology, telecommunications, finance (including banking and insurance), transportation, entertainment, legal, and publishing verticals. He has managed campaigns across the globe, both nationally and internationally. He is an expert in value-based solution selling, and recognizes that listening to clients is absolutely necessary for successful campaigns. He understands the natural conflicts that exist between marketing and sales teams within large organizations. Ed designs the systems and processes that guarantee success for outsourced marketing and research efforts.

Ed is a regularly quoted expert in business to business (B2B) marketing. He has developed a proprietary, award-winning Internet based campaign management application that is used to execute marketing campaigns for OnTarget Clients.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Constantin College of the University of Dallas and an MBA in Business Management from the Graduate School of Management of the University of Dallas. Ed lives in Frisco with his wife Annette and their four children.
