Ed Trachier founded OnTarget Partners in 1997. OnTarget’s first Client, a Big 5 Accounting Firm, utilized OnTarget’s services to support 15 offices and 25 principals. OnTarget built a national database of over 20,000 targeted opportunities for the Client. Full first year ROI was measured in excess of 3000%.

One success led to another, and OnTarget continued to expand its service offerings. In 1999, OnTarget began offering Target Research Solutions for companies in the High Technology and Financial markets. This service has since been expanded to include all market segments.

In 2003, OnTarget expanded its Lead Development Division. Today, OnTarget conducts Lead Development in virtually all B2B markets, both nationally and internationally.

In 2005, OnTarget began development of an ASP hosted Campaign Management Application. Clients utilize this tool to manage marketing and sales campaigns and to determine true marketing ROI.

In 2007, OnTarget started a pure Marketing Research Division at the request of numerous Clients. With this Division, OnTarget is able to help Clients better understand Customers, Competitors and Markets via quantitative and qualitative research services.
