Process

The OnTarget Process is a quality approach as opposed to a volume-based scripted approach. We understand our Client's needs and focus on the quality of an opportunity, not the quantity of leads or contacts. OnTarget first identifies the key decision makers within the target companies our Clients want to close. We build for our Clients a complete and effective database of the contacts within those target companies. Then, OnTarget markets directly to these individuals offering a specific value proposition to each contact, searching for pending initiatives or trigger events that might be applicable to our Clients solutions. OnTarget typically communicates with contacts on a seamless basis, so the prospect never knows OnTarget is involved in the process. OnTarget’s handoff to the Client takes place when OnTarget develops an opportunity to the point where the target organization and contact confirms the need, budget, and time frame for a purchase of Clients solution.
